Okay so I found the leftover cards from last year and I know its lame but I want to send them out to you with personal notes, as my gift to you guys for the holidays. Now I don't know if I'll get the money for stamps so please don't get your hopes up too much. I'm just really trying to show I care. So, yeah, I haven't been active here, as promised.
Good news is, school is mostly over. I'm starting up an online class on the 20th which, upon completion will give me by Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Minor of Geology. I guess I'm proud of that and I hope that the shiny degree will help me find work. As it stands I'm not really qualified for much and so far my dozens of applications have returned no results. It is hard, but I'm really glad to be out of the college setting and on my way to a new stage in life.
This brings me to the reason I'm writing here. I'm aware most of those I know aren't active here anymore or care to read my jou

So, I'm thinking about giving up the art thing altogether.
Drawing, digital art, photo manip, crafting, jewelry. All of it.
Here are my reasons why:
1. I am vastly uninspired. I feel stupid for having to look at clip art for ideas. No, not references, references are super helpful. I'm talking about absolutely no ideas whatsoever. I can't think of a subject, a pose, a pattern, a new craft, anything.
2. I have no desire. I pick up a pencil and I feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and a knot forms in my stomach that I can't make go away. I play with some yarn or start looking at patterns and I feel actual dread. I pick out some beads and no way I
